Default Goal
Started September 1 2011 Starting weight was 247 goal was 195 I currently weigh 185 as of December 12 2011!!! 62 lbs in 3 months and a week.

went from size 38-40" jean to a 33-34"

I feel fantastic!!!!!

That sounds dangerous. Losing 62 pounds in 13-14 weeks is a loss of 4-5 pounds per week. Anything over 1-2 pounds steadly isn't considered safe. I'm happy you hit your goal, but I hope you did it in a safe way.
