Hi Lilian. Nice to see you here.

I'm having paw paw right now. Had coffee already, don't know what i'm having next. But i need to eat up big this morning because tonight i'm going to be out and i don't know if there will be any dinner. Oh yes i think they are doing a sausage sizzle which i don't eat. Our town is having a festival today and i am going in the parade (as a lion tamer).

I guess i will have to take something with me. But i already have to do a packed lunch for my workroom. Not in the mood for food prep today, though i know i will be hungry when the time comes. I haven't even got any sliced bread in the freezer, just a roll.

Next course. I probably should have a fried egg but i don't feel like it so i will just have …. oh ok i'll boil one, no two.

Thumbs up

I love eating eggs. I had 1 sunny side up with 2 egg whites. I sprinkle dried herbs and spices on it (salt, pepper, turmeric, chili, cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin, cilantro, onion, & dill), add small pieces of raw cheddar cheese to melt. I have this with cottage cheese and mix the yolks in it with a tiny bit of hot sauce. It's delicious, full of protein to get me through the morning & nutritious. I have this with a slice of avocado and 1/2 a grapefruit and 1/2 cup of coffee with milk. Very yummy.

Novus, I once shredded a whole bunch of brussels sprouts and sauteed them in a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper, and topped it with a runny egg. It was so delicious, and similar to your breakfast.
Yes, *I* am the one who said my breakfast was boring because I often have the same meal repeatedly. I mean, there's only so many things you can do with eggs.

Munchy, I've done that with bsprouts also. Some people think it's weird to eat veggies for breakfast but for me bsprouts are just yummy in the a.m.

Cold-brewed iced coffee with whole milk and honey simple syrup. I'd say that counts for breakfast!

Today, I went with 2 cups of coffee and a cottage cheese (gotta hit the grocery store!). My usual fav is either egg whites with a 1/2 ounce of skim cheese or with chilled avocado and salsa on top.

1/2 C All Bran Buds plus 2t honey, 1/2 C 2# milk, coffee w/ 2# milk. Boring.

I'm thinking that Brussels for breakfast might accomplish the same thing.

I'm also imagining how tasty ian's breakfast might be if compiled and shaken.

LOL sorry for the mixup.

I had 1 cup cornflakes, 1 cup milk and didn't even remember to put a pinch of sugar in it. I guess i don't need it anymore. I can taste the sweetness already added to the flakes.

Coffee
