2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk during my lunch break. dad is in the emergency room at local hospital. will be transferred to a larger one as soon as arrangements can be made. am waiting on a phone call for a ride to larger hospital.
power walked to and from my meeting tonight. called dad's room at the hospital. didn't answer. no surprise as 9 times out of 10 he usually doesn't answer the phone when he's here at home. will call the nurses station.
just talked to one of the nurses a few minutes ago. the social worker is working on getting him in a nursing home. I told the nurse to tell the social worker we want him in Lutheran. I also told the nurse to tell the social worker that dad had decided a few weeks ago that he decided a few weeks ago that it was time for him to into a nursing home. Lutheran is one of the top two in this part of NYS.

just got back from a power walk and running an errand. dad is going to the nursing he and we want him to go to. the head of rehab and pt called today and left a message. I called her back and left a message. I said she needed to contact my sister, who is the executor. I gave her Mary's name and cell phone number. I also called mary and told her that cindy called and gave her cindy's number. I got dad's suitcase out as I know he's going to be needing more clothes.
