Prayer Request ~ our step-mother GRACE has to go into the hospital again tomorrow morning (Wednesday, December 9, 2009) for another scraping on her bladder. They found a small area of cancer cells, and they want to do it right away as they are aggressively trying to save her bladder. We would appreciate prayers for the procedure to go well and that she will heal quickly this time without any complications. Thanks so much ... Rosebud
Good Morning Everyone..Just want to let you all know that yesterday morning God took little James Delorey home to be by His side in heaven. James was in hospital, safe and warm with his parents and family with him at this time. I pray for peace in his parents hearts, that they know and have faith that God does nothing without a deeper much more poignant purpose, then we will ever fully comprehend.
Prayers are goin' up for James' parents and family tonight; and GOD bless Chance for being such a faithful friend and angel staying with James and getting help for him. We can be comforted to know that James is in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus now ...
UPDATE about GRACE ~ Grace made it through her surgery well and is resting comfortably at home; turns out she actually had it yesterday. They didn't tell us because she said that she didn't want us to worry, but then we can't pray for them if we don't know about it until it's over. We are still praying that she will recover well and quickly with no complications this time; thanks so much for your faithful prayers: we really appreciate them!

Hi-- Rosebud thanks for the list. I wanted to update you on my Aunt. The surgery did help the pain down her legs somewhat but her back is not doing good. She went to the Dr. again this week and they said she would probably have to have major surgery to help it or just take muscle relaxers and hope that takes care of it. They are saying most of it is probably arteritis or something like that. Well, she said at her age she isn't going to have major surgery. So she hasn't slowed down much and is now getting ready to head out to Colorado for Chirstmas! Her daughter is coming to get her this weekend and she will return after the 1st of the year. I so hope that I can be doing as good she is when I get to 82!! Shoot-- I'd like to be doing that good now!!!
As for mine ~ I am healing very well ~ my sister is 1/2 through chemo and her back pain is gone ~ my brother healed from the one issue with his leg...however, because of being hit by a truck on it 33 or so years ago, there is always prayer needed...it really messes up his entire body.
Thank you all for your prayers. They are deeply appreciated. I attended the funeral for my ex husband yesterday. A strange experience , but I am so thankful for the prayers of my Christian friends.

Wanted to give you an update on my father, I really appreciate your prayers for him and my mom.
He's in less pain than he was but still sleeping most of the day and still very depressed. He's getting daily radiation treatments targeting the largest tumor in his lungs to keep him more comfortable. The treatments are helping him manage the pain so that's a real blessing but the daily drive back and forth is tiring and stressful. My sister and a family friend have taken them a few times but normally my parents do the drive themselves each day.
As far as I know my Dad still has not made peace with God. I hate to see him suffering like he is now but I can't bring myself to pray for an end to his pain until I know he's done that.
Would appriciate prayers had breast cancer in Jan 2008 took chemo until march 2009 Husband stayed home to care for me.Money all used up treatment is very expenive. Husband trying to find job for 2 years.Pray for us to keep our home and a job for husband.Thank you so much. I'm unable to work due to health. Prayers said for all.
