Also want to share a couple praises-DS2's knee has healed enough that he's allowed to practice and play football, maybe even get in this last regular season game this week, then the play-offs next week. He must still wear the brace to keep the kneecap from shifting again, but the pain is gone.
DS3 was released from restrictions on sports yesterday by his orthopedic doc. His back fracture has stabilized and no more shifting of the vertebrae since last year, so he's allowed to even try football or soccer if he wants, of course, with the condition that if any pain returns, he's to come back to the doc.
I just thank God for His healing power and for watching over the boys that the injuries in each case were not worse. Especially in DS3's case, since we didn't know he had fractured his vertebra for several years, it could have been a permanently devastating injury. Praise God, because He watches over us and protects us from things we can't even see or imagine!
So yesterday I go to the specialist on a referral from my doctor...been there before 4-5 years ago for the same issue...hernia...I never had it taken care of since it didn't bother me...well now is the time with work being slow and all...anyway there are 2 doctors in there...last time I saw Dr. W....this time I saw Dr. R...as soon as he walked in I recognized him as the one that did the surgery on my sister for her breast cancer...
God sure finds strange ways to link those He loves with those we love doesn't He?
God is good..PRAYERS FOR ALL!...continue...daily...
