I am so pleased with my progress in June (wow, it's gone by fast!) that I'm really excited for July. My goal will be to get into the 180s, so 189.5 is my official goal.

Thank you EnglishMcTeach - Good luck to you too - I have lost weight on the gardenerjoy monthly thread in the past - the pressure of having to perform well for my co-challengers seems to make me put forth an additional effort. Constantly thinking: "I can't eat those potato chips because the friday weigh-in is right around the corner and I'm only half a pound lower than last friday and these chips will put 2 pounds of water on me overnight!" What an eternal struggle, but this forum really works.
I'm so excited to see the thread for July. I did very well in June's challenge. For July's challenge I'm going to aim for losing 8lbs again. Thanks to Gardenerjoy for keeping us going with these awesome threads. Everyone have a great day!

It looks like everyone is just posting what they are going to try and lose in July......if this is the case you can put me down for 10 lbs.
do i need to post weight or anything on certain days, im not sure how this works, but i love a challenge and would like to give it a shot
YAY!!! Glad you joined! Typically people will post their weight every day. Not everyone does that, or likes to weigh-in every day, so you can pick your specific weigh-in day. Generally people who don't weigh-in every day will still check-in every day with how things are going in their journey to keep themselves accountable and make friends. You can have a look through the June challenge to get an idea for how it works.
