    I've been struggling to get myself to do anything healthy (except exercise -- at least that keeps rolling along). So, I'm going to make a small goal that still feels like a challenge to me right now -- post somewhere on 3FC every day in July. I posted on the June Exercise Challenge yesterday and, look, I just posted here!

    What a great idea! It is so true that just being here everyday, whether posting or just reading, keeps your awareness up. I've made it a point to at least read some of the new posts on a daily basis, just for that reason. Happy Independence Day to you!

  • Hello today is Friday weigh-in day. This was a short week to show a loss but I am apparently retaining water like some farm animal. Next week will be a good week!

  • Chiming in late as I'm on vacation still...

    June was a great roller coaster of a month but I met my goals, so yay!!

    Since I'm still on vacation and I'll be spending around five days in a car at the end of the month, I'm going to keep my goal modest and shoot for another 5 pounds which will put me into Onederland! I would love to shoot for 10, but...I have my sister's wedding and a cross country drive...so yeah, 5 lbs this month. I'll set a new goal if I meet the first one.

    Really pleased to be stepping out of the 240's and finally feeling like I will stay out of them.

    There is a one minutes silence in the UK today due to the ISIS shooting in Tunisia. Certainly brings it home how short life can be, and while we're trying change ourselves physically and improve our health we should make the most of every day.

    7/3: 178.4 Had a binge last night of an entire tube of cinnamon rolls So I'm glad there was no gain, but it's making the water weight from the other night harder to come off.

    LovelyLeah thanks! It feels good to be back! I took the MCAT two weeks ago. I don't really know how they went, it's really hard to tell because the questions are all ambiguous multiple choice. I'll get a preliminary score hopefully by the end of next week, and then my final score towards the end of the month. I'll keep you posted!
