Goal 201.4 9 lbs
Post calories daily again (that prod on my butt seemed to help last month)
And I will post my daily weight fluctuations as well.
and most important, to find a solution for those working days when I eat in town.... maybe (ugh
) carry my own with me... I love sitting at a table, drinking coffee
and enjoying something tasty (especially those fish tacos
) . So I am going to try very hard to choose the less enjoyable way
and keep the weight loss rolling.
You ladies inspire me !!
