Hello y'all, I have been lurking in the background watching everyones success and struggles dealing with my own struggles. I don't know why but until Monday the last two weeks were really tough on my staying OP wise. I had a really hard time not eating crap food, but I would still exercise. Now I am back to eating OP but not exercising. Since my eating is back OP I did have a loss this week and back to under goal weight.

Went searching for new pants today since mine are all to big. The largest size pants that I had worn back in March were a size 24, today I tried on a size 18 and they FIT!!!! Thats 3 sizes down!! I am super excited. I didn't buy any because I didn't like the skinny leg thing but they fit I will have to search for some cheap ones since I dont plan on being an 18 for that long
today's weigh-in: 79,6kg (175.5lbs)
yesterday's calories: 1500
yesterday's exercise: 40min run

change: no change
good morning you guys,
it's a really cold and rainy fall day over here in Germany, I'm glad I decided to run yesterday instead of today. I'll meet a friend for coffee and cake in the afternoon, and I planned my meals and snacks accordingly so I won't go over by too much.
I got a ticker now! I'm excited.
SouthernBell02 buying smaller pants is so exciting! I remember the first time I downpantsed and actually bought jeans in a store, my friend was waiting outside the changing rooms and started worrying about me because it took so long... when really I was dancing and jumping in front of the mirror texting everyone my skinny jeans fit.
Well done! and congrats making goal.

Was a good girl - only three beers the whole baseball game and I had plenty of WW points for that. It was a good game and good time with friends.
I am glad to see that I am not the only one stalling on buying new clothes. I went shopping yesterday, but just couldn't bring myself to spend the money since I am hoping to continue with the loss.
Everyone have a great Sunday!!!
So I got below my 3rd mini goal!!! I'm not going to celebrate yet, as I like to have three consecutive days below before I call mini-goal, but I'm pretty excited. And maybe I'll even get another mini whoosh and hit goal, I'd love to see a 6 by the end of the month.
Great job everyone so far.

A bit of advice for boatingmommy and SouthernBell02: don't be too stingy about buying new clothes. My previous weight loss stopped and reversed when I was feeling too cheap to buy clothes that fit. I think, unconsciously, I was telling myself that I wasn't worth it and that was enough of a message to put the weight back on so my clothes would fit! This time, I bought clothes on the way down. Goodwill got some nice stuff, but I didn't derail my weight loss. Speaking of which, try secondhand stores -- you might find something that another dieter wore only a few times and that you can wear a few times and give back.
Turtle: Congrats on getting below your third mini goal, even though it’s not yet official. That was the baby whoosh…now I’m waiting for the momma whoosh!
Joy: Another loss…you’re almost there…
183StGB: Nice tickers and they really tell a story: WOW…look at how far you’ve come already…keep up the good work!
Amanda & boatingmomma: It’s terrific that you’re both down in sizes. I agree with Joy. If possible, treat yourself to a few new clothes, even if only second hand…it will do wonders for your motivation!
