I feel the same way about clothes right now. I do need a new pair of jeans but I don't wanna spend too much (or any) money since I'm hoping to lose more. So what I do is check out the sales rack and if I find something - great! If not, then maybe next time.
Anyways, I think I had a TOM whoosh. I went from 145.8lbs on Friday to 144lbs this morning.

Hello my forum friends! Busy weekend! Well, I got down to goal yesterday, 183 lbs, and that was really exciting, but of course it was cheat day, so I am back up to 184.5 lbs. And that's okay, I'll take it! I thought for sure I'd wake up weighing 186 lbs!
Normally I'd change my ticker to go with my lowest weight but since that was yesterday and I wasn't on yesterday, I'll just wait for it to drop again to count it.

Don't worry ladies I WILL be buying at least 2 pairs of size 18 pants. I just have to find a pair that I like. I don't like the "skinny" jeans I feel like my calves are suffocating in them I am more of a boot cut or flare type girl Maybe Ill have time Wednesday or maybe next weekend but it will happen Thanks guys!

I am still not going to make my goal but I am down more than I thought.
I've had a bad week last week and almost completely ignored my plan... Thankfully my TOM has started (late) and exams/family occasions are over for a little while.
with today's weigh-in I made goal!! I'm a little reluctant about calling it, because I tend to have such huge fluctuations from day to day, but considering it's the first time I saw a number under 175 I'm happy!!
Other than that, daylight saving time severely messes with my body rhythm. But it's okay. Yay school!

Went the whole weekend, watching World Series with friends and family...and I was such a good girl! 6 beers total for the whole weekend. You gotta know that was a really big deal for me, as we were at a couple of parties surrounded by multiple appetizers and cold beer. My favorites!!! I have a love/hate relationship with Jean Shopping. Skinny jeans are so tough, my thighs and calves always seem gigantic no matter what size I am. I do a lot better with a slim bootcut or straight leg. Although with all the squats I've been doing my legs and butt are looking pretty good.
I haven't bought any new pants since I started losing. I've been this weight before so I have some clothes. When I made the choice to change my lifestyle, I binned up all my clothes that were too small so I wouldn't get discouraged looking at them. About 15 lbs down I got them back out, and its like shopping in my bins. Now half the bins are full of clothes that are too big!!! I love it The only problem is with the workouts my clothes aren't fitting the same, so I look a little silly sometimes, plus the styles have changed since 2008-9. When I get to a new low around 148 (only 9 lbs to go!!!) which should be around Christmas, I'll be buying myself some presents

So, talk about buying clothes...DH and I stopped by H&M today and I found a pair of red skinny jeans with small studs on the sides for only 10€. I really, really, REALLY liked them, so I got a pair in size 29. They are very tight but I can button them, lol! I think I need to lose maybe another 5-6 pounds in order for them to fit comfortably.
I weighed 144.0 lbs again this morning and I am very optimistic about staying on plan. I obviously won't make it to goal but that's okay. What counts is that I am doing well.
