Lene - Thanks for the missed messages Surprisingly the beer and burger weren't that good. I've actually started losing my taste for some things. Its wierd. My hubby and I will talk about what we want for dinner and I don't want the ususal go to stuff that I used to. Somewhat annoying because now I am having to recreate dinners.
But this is actually going to be one of my August goals (and one tonight), to design easy, cheap, healthy dinners that the hubby and I both like. Maybe two new ones a week. I thought my cravings might change, but not after only two months.

I made my goal weight of 173 and had a total loss of 8 lbs this month, and I feel great, really really great. I was hoping for another little dip because I was the same weight last Wednesday, but extremely happy with the big picture.

I'm calling my goal to re-establish my healthy lifestyle habits met. I'm even willing to weigh myself tomorrow for the first time in weeks. It will be up, but now I feel like I can do what it takes to get it back where I want it to be.
