Hello all! I thought I'd get the sign up thread for the "The Easter Hopping To Health Challenge!" so those of you who are already following the "Kiss the Pounds Away Valentine's Challenge" can get signed up. This challenge is for everybody to join and we welcome you to join any time,
This challenge will start on February 15th and end date will be Easter Sunday April 6th.........this gives us 6.5 weeks. We can do this!
We can check in here on February 15th to post where we are starting at and what our goal weight is. We can then post as the numbers go down - which they will

So my goal is to lose 9 lbs in 6.5 weeks- I know I can do that if I add more movement into my daily routine. I'll come back and post SW/GW on the 15th, and go from there. I'm excited!! Good luck to us all!
