Yeah, another week has gone by
Not so great due to being a bit sick and not exercising for a couple of days, but I'll make up for it!!! I started the second part of the 30 day shred and it was hardddd to change my routine! Just now that I'd gotten the first part down!!!
I've stopped weighing myself everyday as I was getting a bit demotivated, I'll just weigh in every 10 days from now
