We've made it through another holiday weekend, and now it's time to recommit ourselves and get slimmer for summer! All are welcome to join us for this month's weight loss challenge.
The rules of this thread are simple. We are here to provide each other some accountability along the path to weight loss. So, you just set your weight loss related goal(s) and it gets added to a goal list. When you reach your goal, it gets turned Red. We love to hear about your success as well as your challenges throughout the month. We're here to support and encourage each other to be our best.

desire: If you think it might help, you could always challenge yourself to X number of binge-free days too! I wish you great luck in hitting your ultimate goal this month.
Goal: 162. Laughable, I know, but I'm hoping with 30 Day Shred and C25K I might be able to get there.
Not laughable at all! I've read amazing things about both C25K and 30DS - you're going to ace this month!

I'm on the fence again about my goal. I was going to aim for 12 lbs again, but I've been struggling with this same 1.2 lbs for the last week! I really want to break that 200 mark! Oh well, I'm going to go for it - 12 lbs it is. It will be motivation to step up my exercise. And with that, I'm off to the June Exercise thread.
rmc: When I'm retaining water and struggling at the same weight for a number of days, it's often followed by a few really nice whooshes over the next week or so! So you may find yourself of to a great start for June once that water finally finds it's way out. Good luck this month, and we'll be here cheering when you hit onderland!
Well, I was going to say I wanted to get out of the 130's, but I had a massive WHOOSH last night and hit 133.6 this morning, so I shall challenge myself a little more and say I'd like to see 125 on the scale by the end of June. 8 pounds would be 2 pounds a week, which is realistic but still a challenge.
So, to sum up:
1. See 125 on the scale by the end of June
2. Drink AT LEAST four - 24 oz Camelbak bottles of water every day.
3. No alcohol!

These sound like great goals for the month! I'll make a goal list and post it this evening.
As for myself, starting weight this morning is 214.7, and my goal for the month will be 8 lbs. I'd normally shoot for a 10 lb loss, but I have a business trip to Croatia for a week toward the end of June, and I have no idea how calorie counting will go there! So I'm giving myself a little bit of leeway this month.
