Is it too late for me to join in? If not, I'm aiming for onederland by Labor day. I'll be going to a weddinig in Seattle that weekend and it would be so nice to reach this goal by then.
My current weight is 225 and I'd like to be at 199.
Driven - Me either!!! I'm like wanting it to be sunday already I think we can ALL do this! i also do sarge's boot camp to summer and the 100 day 100% challenge so lots to keep me on track!
To all you 30 day shredders how is it? I was thinking about getting it, but I often dont have time/room to do dvd's (I live with people who only tell me I can't do this and make fun of me when I do exercise in front of them) I'm thinking i might get it and do it whenever they are all in their rooms.

Hello all!! I'd love to join this challenge! I'm hoping for 166 by Sept 5-6- that is 32.8lbs, will be out of obese category by then.
SMS and everyone else regarding 30 day shred- I had a hard time doing it at first-there's a lot of jumping up and down and it hurt my jiggly stomach at first. Oh yea, make sure you wear a well fitted sports bra or wear a good bra with sports bra over it to keep the girls in place. I read that people did not like Level 1 at first so they skipped it and went on to Level 2. I just started Level 3 today- ohhhh man, it KICKED my butt, legs, etc! LoL I have to say I have a love and hate relationship with 30 day shred. For this dvd, you will need a pair of free weight dumbbells, 3-5lbs or just use soup cans.

SMS- Ugh, the people you live with does not sound supportive at all!! I would just ignore them and focus on yourself, easier said than done, I know but your health and well being is important. You do need some room for the dvd and it is only 27-28 minutes (including warm up and cool down.)

Amandie - Thanks for letting me know, I have the dvd in my living room might just need to do it late at night. No, they aren't supportive, mainly out of jealousy, we are all overweight here. My mother is 4" shorter and about 100 lbs heavier so meh. I defo need to find a way to do some dvd's I think. I definitely just ignore them but still. Kinda would rather avoid them altogether you know?
Ok I'm in... Although I will be going on a cruise in may so that will be a little "break" but even with that I believe I can get to 190 which is 30lbs by labor day!!!

Misstiff, I'll be cruising in November and I am trying so hard to lose about 40 pounds by then.
SMS - sorry you don't get to workout in peace. Hopefully, once they see your great results, they'll jump on board.

One can only hope eh gettinfit? LOL Glad your day ended well. I did do the 30 day shred last night at about 11:30 pm and hoooowweee is it a workout. I didnt do alot of the jumping stuff cause everyone was sleeping but yea.....WOW.
