Morning all!
OK, so I didn't make my weight loss goal for the month. I did however manage to lose 4.2 pounds and a few inches all around, so who cares. I'm making progress! I also did not meet my stationary bike or yoga exercising goals, so be it. Never tried doing yoga like this before, so it was a worthwhile learning experience. So onward and upward to a new month and new challenges.
I'm still waiting for details on that ball!
