05/11:
05/12: 61 minutes treadmill
05/13: 40 minute walk + 90 minute walk
05/14: 63 minute walk + 90 min. box packing hauling (taking 30 min for that) + 90 minute walk
05/15: 85 minutes walk
05/16: 50 minute walk
05/17: 8 hours of deep cleaning before my mom and grandma got here! I'll take 2 hours exercise credit for that.
Not sure where we are going yet, but here are my Week 3 #s:
05/11:

* 45 minutes ~ extensive house work since couldn't do it on Sunday 05/13:

Total:325/516 - didn't make it, but that's fine by me. I accomplished my first 5k during this week which means so much to me as I was able to complete it in 40 minutes and was able to do it 29 days before my 30th birthday!
5/15 105 minutes-- 28 min Firm Upper Body-free weights AM, 47 min walk/jog PM (jogged 11 minutes of that folks!!!), 30 min hauling deck furniture out from the rafters and getting cushions and tables out of attic--up and down ladder-- and scrubbing the deck
(wow... 84 min a day for next 2 days might not happen )
