**Predinner Snack - DC Lite while preparing dinner.
Dinner - 1P, 2S, 1F, 1L, salt
Six oz grilled salmon (DH grilled last night),
1/2 cup corn,
biscotti for dessert. POP!

How are we gonna work this? Do we post our entries all day and then come back in the morning and post dinner? Only becuz I can't post from home.....?
Or should we post the entire prior day in the a.m?
And BTW, I'm POP today...with NO exceptions......
WAY TO GO!!! So am I...so far! I think tonight will be okay too, as long as I can get to bed early-ish.
I am glad we are doing this. I see one mistake I was making already. I order the stirfry I had for lunch at least once per week, and normally I wasn't counting the fat in there. See? You're keeping me honest!
I think we should post dinner the following morning. The way I plan to do it is to copy my entire post from the day before and then just add dinner. THEN I'll start posting for Tuesday, each time adding whatever I need to. I don't normally post from home either, unless I have something to do for work.

Carmen - Yes this will keep me totally honest becuz I have a real problem with fibbing, even alittle - just can't do it and feel right. BUT no telling what you'll be hearing from my journals........lol
Marisa - Have you tried grapes, strawberries or cherries? Or do you just not like fruit?
It doesn't look like you are getting enuf food in period. You could be putting your body into stravation mode. JMHO and the COD 's.
