CarbCraver Burger & Fries
2 cups lettuce
1oz reduced-fat cheese
16.9oz water

Bed

Total of approximately 11, 8oz servings of water.....

Here's what I did yesterday on Gold =

B: 4" whole wheat pita
1 TBsp ffcch
1 TBsp polaner all fruit
1S, 2 Free

S: Lite, Orange
1L, 1F

L: 3oz pouch tuna
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 med cuke
1 small tomato, 1 pk LAWL dressing
4" whole wheat pita
1P, 1S 3V, 1 Free

S: Lite, apple
1L,1F

D: CC PBJ sandwich
8oz skim milk
1P, 1Dairy
Walked 9472 steps (with a goal of 10,000 per day, thank god for my job!)

This morning 5/24 I've had:

B: 1/2 cup oatmeal w/1TB sugar free syrup - 1S, 1 Free
S: Lite, 1 small banana - 1L, 2F

Did 15 minutes of weights, already have walked 3300 steps.

Have not been to COD since last Thursday when I lost 1/2 lb after doing TO and gaining 1/2lb. Next time I'm going to do the unlimited, I really think my body goes into starvation mode with the limited version of 6oz protein and 2 veg.

Shame on me!! I haven't posted since Saturday! (was having a stressful time trying to get a newsletter printed-finally got it done).

I'm not going to post the days I missed-just today. Was going to go camping this weekend-don't know if we still are or not. If I don't I will post this weekend also.
