I'm on the GOLD PLAN with Lites PP SS VVV FFF D Fat LL

Breakfast Monday: 1 Slice Lite Toast w/sf jelly, 15 grapes 1S, 1F

Mid Morning Snack: DCLite, Biscotti L, 1F, 1S

Water Check: 32 ounces down, 32 to go.........

Going to lunch at mom's house right now......will update upon return....

Lunch: 2V, 1P
grilled chicken breast
1C lettuce
3 cherry tomato chopped

50 oz H2O

Dinner: 2V, 1P, 1/2D
1C Spinach
3 Cherry Tomatoes
1 oz RF Cheese
7 oz Flounder
16OZ H20

Snack: 1F
SM Green Apple

*Didn't get in my lites or starches

Shrimp and Veggie Stir Fry - (3 oz shrimp w/2 cups fresh broccoli, carrot slices, pea pods, red peppers and yellow squash sauteed in olive oil)

Mid P.M. L
Lemon Zest Luna Bar
Coffee w/ Splenda

**Predinner Snack - DC Lite while preparing dinner.

Dinner - 1P, 2S, 1F, 1L, salt
Six oz grilled salmon (DH grilled last night),
1/2 cup corn,
biscotti for dessert. POP!

Water Check -- 70 oz h2o

hey Carmen,

How are we gonna work this? Do we post our entries all day and then come back in the morning and post dinner? Only becuz I can't post from home.....?
Or should we post the entire prior day in the a.m?
And BTW, I'm POP today...with NO exceptions......

WAY TO GO!!! So am I...so far! I think tonight will be okay too, as long as I can get to bed early-ish.

I am glad we are doing this. I see one mistake I was making already. I order the stirfry I had for lunch at least once per week, and normally I wasn't counting the fat in there. See? You're keeping me honest!

I think we should post dinner the following morning. The way I plan to do it is to copy my entire post from the day before and then just add dinner. THEN I'll start posting for Tuesday, each time adding whatever I need to. I don't normally post from home either, unless I have something to do for work.

If you want to have only one post a day you can always go back and edit to add lunch/snack/dinner/whatever.

Carmen - Yes this will keep me totally honest becuz I have a real problem with fibbing, even alittle - just can't do it and feel right. BUT no telling what you'll be hearing from my journals........lol

Breakfast: 1/2 c. oatmeal with 1/2 banana 1S, 1F
Midmorning snack: Apple w/ 1.5 TB P-nut butter (RF) 1F, .5 P
Lunch: Lettuce salad w/ 6 oz. chicken, 1 small tomato , FF dressing (free) 2V, 1P
Mid PM snack: Yogurt, 6 RF wheat thins 1D, 1 S
1 mini Hershey's bar
Dinner: 6 oz. Grilled beef, Broccoli/tomato/mushroom/gr. onions, 1/3 C br. rice, LS soy sauce (free) 1P,1S,2V
Evening snack: 12 small strawberries, SF Jello, 1 TB FF Cool whip (free) 1F

Water so far: 72 oz!

Hey Cathy - is your chicken 8oz uncooked - 7oz cooked? or were you using 6 oz uncooked, like for beef?? (not that I'm the protein police or anything)

Good question Julie... The chicken was cooked weight....so I cheated myself out of an ounce!! Beef was raw weight.

Marisa - Have you tried grapes, strawberries or cherries? Or do you just not like fruit?
It doesn't look like you are getting enuf food in period. You could be putting your body into stravation mode. JMHO and the COD 's.
