Default Working the Heart for Valentines Day exercise thread

Ok ladies, here is our chance to record our exercise until Valentines Day and to set goals that we can stick with to achieve the success we will have...so here goes! My goal is to workout at least 30 minutes a day 5 times a week.

Jan
1- 45 minutes in the wii fit
2- 30 minutes on the wii fit
3- 1 hour and 15 minutes on the wii fit
4- day off
5 -10 minute walk
6- 30 minutes on the wii fit
7- 50 minutes on the wii fit boxing, step and yoga and hula
8- 10 minute walk
9- 45 minutes on wii fit boxing, yoga and step
10- nothing tom hit
11- day off
12- 15 minute walk
13- 30 minutes of the wii fit
14- 45 minutes on the wii fit
15- 1 hour on the wii fit and 30 minutes of walking up and down steps
16- 1 hour and 40 minutes on the wii fit
17- day off
18- 45 minutes on the wii fit
19- no exercise
20- none
21- 10 minute walk
22- 30 minutes on wii fit
23- none
24- 10 minute walk
25- none
26- 15 minute walk
27- none
28- none
29- 20 minutes ice scraping
30- 10 minutes ice scraping off porch and walkway
31- none

3- - 10 minute walk

My goal is to work out at least 30 minutes 5 times a week. Will we be logging everyday on each on this thread of what our work outs are?

Thanks Christie!

My goal will be to do a minimum of 30 min. 6 x a wk... I usually do something everyday. I try and mix up cardio, strength training, and aerobics.

1/1/09: 30 min Treadmill, resistant bands: 10 min, 12 push ups: 5 min.

Jaya- Yep, just post your exercise everyday and at the end of this challenge I may even add up the participants and the person who exercises the most will get a small prize...how does that sound??

I need to keep better track of my exercise, this will help a lot! I think I will keep track per week. My goal: Workout 5-6 days per week for a minimum 1 hour.

1/1- speed walk for 1 hour
1/2- 1 hour walk, spin for an hour
1/3- 1 hour walk, spin for an hour

(The 1 hour walk before spin is because you have to get a ticket an hour early to reserve a spot in the class, so for that hour I walk and read on the treadmill at 3.5 with a 2.0 incline)

This will be fun to see what I really do. Very good for the heart!

1/2/09: UMMM... Took the day off..Told myself later..
1/3/09: 30 min. Treadmill, resistant bands: 10 Min ...Maybe more later

My goal, starting today, is to work out at least 40 minutes every day as soon as I get back to school on the 5th, alternating cardio and cardio and strength training.

My gym will be deserted, and I've been away from it, so I'm super psyched.

1/1 - On period. Did not exercise.
2/1 - On period. Did not exercise.
3/1 - Last day of period. Light strength training (calves, thighs)
4/1 - International flight. Will not be exercising.

1/2 - Still none. grrr...
1/3 - Wii Fit: 30 min step,
1/4 - Wii Fit: 20 min step, 8 min boxing; 2 hr walk with my SO <3
1/5 - 30 min Nat'l Body Challenge (WmUp, Routine 10) 30 min elliptical; 1 mile walk with pup
