Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Breaking out of my mold of always eating on a schedule. I gain weight when I eat on a schedule... and learning how to eat around all my difficulties.
Following any specific plan: Eating whenever I'm hungry... not otherwise... gluten free... dairy free... banana free... etc.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am not eating things I had before... due to allergies/intolerances.
