Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Probably the mentality. Its difficult to work really hard to lose weight and have it come off very slowly. Trying to stay positive about it is hard.

Following any specific plan: Working out 5 days a week and eating right.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I know what its like to be thin. I had been overweight most of my life then i lost a lot of it in high school and became a normal weight. I then gained it all back plus more in college because of bad eating habits and depression. Its a blessing and a curse.

Anything else you would like to share with us: I think i covered most of it all...
