Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: First week of March 2011 if when I got serious about it

Goal Weight: 150 would be nice but would be happy with 160-150 range

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Motivation. Not being in shape at all. Could barely make it 5 minutes on bike when starting the first week. Now I'm at 10 minutes. Overeating.
