Hi Coaches

An on plan day - ate something sensible at the cafeteria that I anticipated would be on the menu. Got home and ate an on-plan meal so all is well. I have made an appointment for the trainer tomorrow morning and then I will work at home which will be good. Will plan and prepare for the rest of the week
