Hi, add 30 mins walking & 70 minutes (or more actually) mowing the lawn & clearing up afterwards.

Once again I am setting my goal at 1000 minutes . Hopefully if my knees don't decide to give me too much trouble I will have no problem making it this month.
Monday night I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and then yesterday I did another 30 minutes elliptical and 30 minutes with my trainer, bringing my total to 100 minutes.
The group total is now 1,420 + 100 = 1,520

600 -60 = 540 to goal.
