macky - Maybe starting small, like in the very beginning, will get you going again. Well, it helped me by doing that. 4th day back OP after a two week sit out, so it is going well so far.

Hey ladies just wanted to check in!! I posted my weight for the week down 4.5 YAY! Had to make up for last weeks gain

Macky, I think we all have times like that. But I agree with Heather, start making small healthy changes again and the rest will follow naturally!

Way to get back on track, Heather! And Kirsten, that is an AWESOME loss for one week, keep doing whatever it is you've been doing!

I'm down 1.2 so far this week but waiting until Tuesday to post officially. Where has everyone gone? Shannon, Meredith, Stephanie, Alana, Lora, Cass?? We miss you ladies!

Heather, 20 pounds would be awesome!!! Good luck! I am going to try really hard to lose 2 more pounds to hit 10 total and make my Easter mini-goal. Although, I ate too much for dinner so that wasn't a good start. Better go work it off!

i did have formatting in there but when i posted it dissapeared...anyway the first number is your starting weight, next number, pounds lost to date and then obviously % of weight loss.
