easing back into things. haven't been feeling well physically lately, achy, creaky, sprained, drained, sore...its the weight, which makes me sad... will ease in. I'll commit to walking around the block every morning for 3 weeks. its not really a workout but will hopefully build a 6:30am walking habit, then jogging, then running.
So, 21 times around the block for me starting in the morning.
