Back from my long trip, posting a small loss (1.2 lbs) so overall I'm pleased. Back on plan now that I'm in control of what foods are available to me. I was in carb heavy areas of South America. Protein is a luxury there. I had packed bars and powdered shakes but that only covered one meal a day. And since food is scarce there, I had been warned that it was an insult not to eat what was offered, since it was offered from their limited resources. When possible, I only took small portions though. All that coupled with daily physical activity gave me the positive (negative?) result!
