Ughhh I'm so impatient. I've been working out regularly and cutting my carbs, but today I was 169. I know I should probably pay more attention to how I feel versus a number on the scale... but it's frustrating.
But my body does feel better. The "skin on skin" areas like inside my elbows, back of the knee, thighs, etc. feel much better. I can sit cross legged without discomfort. Yay. SO I've got that going for me, which is nice (get the reference?)

tinypixie Great job on the workouts!! I have heard that its not uncommon for your body to hold on to water for the first few weeks so I would bet that you will have a nice whoosh soon! Its awesome that are you noticing a difference in how your body feels!

Hi! I'm currently in the 150's (158.8) and am looking to eventually be between 115 and 120! I started at 173.5! I'm excited to be here and on this weight loss journey with all of you!

Still not a lot of progress on the weight, but I'm exercising nearly daily now, at least an hour. My ankles are sore from the treadmill... so I ordered copperfit ankle socks that should help. The skin-on-skin feeling is definitely less. I'm so happy about that. Sweating under the knees and inside the elbows sucks. Some pants fitting better. Yay. Boobs fit in old bras again... although I probably need to address the "old bra" situation, but I haven't because I refuse to buy larger sizes. Anyone feel that way, too?
