HI! everyone, So peeps showed up here. I even saw a gardener among the bunch. It is so weird but my post below belongs in 200's and don't see the one I posted here when I got to the 90's on June 9th. Been very busy elsewhere, Losing that 100 pounds to get to the 90's brought me so much better health I've been out using it. So I told myself I would only weigh in once a month-but that went by the wayside on Sat, morning. I lost 8 pounds! So now at 191. I'm a little shocked. I worked so hard to get that 100 pounds off to make 199 that in my head I thought It would just automatically slow down after 199. In truth was terrified I'd go back over 200 -hence wanting to wait a month to weigh in again. Jeez! What head games I play with myself.
Joining this thread to say that I hate the 190s, and I feel like I will never get out of them! I was thrilled to slip into the 190s--NEVER want to be 200+ pounds again. My body is gaining and losing the same 2-3 lbs. over and over. I dipped to 189 for one day, but I gained 4 lbs. overnight after that! I couldn't believe it. I have been diligently working at eating right and exercising this summer. I feel much better and can tell a difference in my clothes, but the scale is evil.
Hope you make it into Onederland soon, VickieLou. I refer to it as "below the weight I never wanted to reach." I am hoping to get out of the 190s soon. I dipped down for two days this week, but Saturday is my official weigh-in, and I was at 190.2.

My weights up a few lbs. I only saw onderland twice on my scale so far, and then I go out of town or it's the weekend. I think once I get to 190 I should be firmly in onderland! Good Luck, Everyone!
