Beverlyjoy posted yesterday - willingness to try to stay away from sugar. I am still figuring it out
Beverlyjoy, sugar is my weak spot and has led to the pounds that I regained. At the moment, I have the cravings under control. Keep trying, we can never give up!
Today the things for which I am grateful include:
* Cooler weather - feels wonderful
* All the people in my household
* A good cup of coffee
* The telephone that allows me to talk to those near and far
* More than enough
* Family, Friends, 3FC, indoor plumbing, cell phone, Internet
* the scale went down today (I did everything I needed to yesterday but I sleep like poop so I was expecting a bad number... but it was not I'm now exactly at 16lbs lost)
* that I have the $ I need to do what I need to do tonight at school
* My husband
* My family
* My friends
* beautiful weekend!
* money to pay this weeks bill.
* my health/well being is improving.
* that "the others" in my home and around me are still "active", they comfort me.
* being able to go to YMCA n work-out.
* my kids r doing well in school so far.
* 3FC support, health class/teacher.
* the good Lord above!
* being able to sleep lasnite.
* quiet non-drama filled morning.
* crisp clear morning.
* being able to turn a/c's off n have windows open.
* it's laundry day~ having a washer, dryer n clothes lines.
* family, friends (near n far, old n new)
* That the scale keeps going down. This month so far I've lost 11.2lbs... in one month! That just seems crazy to me but I must be doing everything right. I know I'm trying my best
* I actually kind of like today's workout and it is only 58min long not 70+
* My husband

* this awesome Fall weather!
* my weigh-in was ONLY a 1/2lb gain (its my week before TOM) yesterday.
* vehicles that run.
* bills being paid.
* having what we need.
* daughter doesnt have a performance this weekend.
Err this is kind of hard this morning because I'm not in a very good mood... but then again that makes this more important today because there is always something to be grateful for
* I have 3 classes of students that really want to learn and be successful
* In the one class that is driving me up a wall even though they can't shut up 95% of them want to be successful even if they are not sure what they need to do to get there
* My husband
* My family
* My friends
* A good night's sleep
* Plenty of fresh water
* Pleasant coworkers
* I don't desire the variety of food that is seems most people do

* only waking up once lasnite.
* being able to keep the house opened up.
* that i am wealthy just in a non~monetary way.
* that i was around baked goods yesterday n stopped at 1doughnut!
* my family, friends, neighbors, 3FC, YMCA, healthy eating class.
