06: 200 -Walked at the zoo about 3 miles slow pace. 30 minutes of pedal boats on the lagoon!

11: 206 -WTH??? Actually I shouldn't say that....I made poor choices and no exercise for a week!
12: 205- Ran @ 4.2 for 15 minutes straight! TWICE! woo hoo! I made a little over 2 miles yesterday! And lifted for upper body!

Hi everybody! Well, I am almost back to where I started at the beginning of the month! Gosh, how I wish Fall Break wouldn't have set me back so much! I would be in the 190's this week!
On the 20th I will be taking my measurements and hopefully, I will see some loss from the exercise! I am aiming for Onederland that day...I really hope it happens for me! I am being extra special good!
Yesterday I bought the Just Dance 2 game for Wii! Oh my gosh! Me and the kids had so much fun! We only have 3 controllers, but I just danced with them and I worked up a sweat! If you have Wii, it is a fun game to have! That might be my go-to work out on the weekends!
Tonight is cardio and weights. I haven't decided whether I should do my interval training or do the dancing thing on the treadmill again. I love to dance!! Can you tell??
You all have had some amazing results! I wish work could slow down a little so I could have time to comment on every post! I miss you guys!
