Not the best weekend for me. Hubby had a hockey game Friday night and ended up eating pizza there. I usually don't have such a problem with pizza, it's the love of my life (besides hubby of course) so I usually plan for it, but I hadn't on Friday. And then Saturday we went to a party at a banquet hall, food was heavy but I tried to stay portioned. Also happened to be my brother's bday on Friday and my dad's on Saturday, and oh look, mine tomorrow! So lots of cake. Overall, not a great eating weekend. But I've got my gym bag in the car and I don't have to play chaffeur tonight so off to the gym I will go.

Okay, I leave fro Vegas Friday night! I would like to be 235lbs by then! I hope I can make it because hopefully then the bloat from drinking won't take me back into the 240's.

My plan for that weekend is not to necessarily be ON PLAN, but to take a small note pad and still write down everything I consume, try and make healthy choices, drink my water, and stop eating when I am full. Hopefully, that will allow me to a little fun without doing too much damage.

I am down .6 to 238.8. I am proud of consistent losses despite it being the weekend. I have never had that happen, so yay me!

I was SOOO bad this weekend... It was my husband's birthday so I had horrible food on Saturday and Sunday and this morning I was almost back up to the weight I lost in the beginning of the month! ;_;

I know it will go down after a few days but ugh... It always sucks when a weekend of partying ruins 6 weeks of hard work. ><

Diana - 188! You are getting so close to your next goal!

fitkristi - you'll be back in the 230's in no time! The scale is funny, just like to throw a curve ball!

Kukkie - this is how I'm feeling about the gap I've in now! I keep hovering around 260/258, I am DONE with it! Gotta dig deep and keep going! The bf weighed himself today, he gained 3.7 pounds in the last 4 months. He wants to do south beach because it felt easy-ish for him, he hates the idea of counting calories, so this should be interesting!

Vixsin - He's a pretty awesome guy We work such different schedules so we'll have to figure out if the gym would work for us. Congrats on your .6!

Kris - a tiny bounce back, but still no where near THAT number!

to everyone!!

As for me? Down .9 this morning to 257.5, not quite the 256 I wanted to see, darn that elusive number, but I also ate a heavy dinner last night and was SO swollen this morning. Maybe tomorrow

I don't know what the deal is with Mondays! My weigh-in is always booty!! Not to stresses about it though! Ready to get this weightloss party started for this week!

10-13: 251.4 (too much salt day before)
10-14: 248.4 (woohoo)
10-15: 247.2 (started C25K yesterday)
10-16: 248.0 (completed C25K W1D2)
10-17: 247.2 (yay!) *cant wait to see what i do this week*
10-18: 249.0 (not sure!) will complete C25K W1D3 this afternoon!

I'm ready to be out of the 240's for sure!!

Hey girls - I'd like your opinion on something.

I'm contemplating switching gyms. I'm currently a member of Goodlife and I tend to go to the location that is about 15 minutes from my office, except that lately I've been working from home a lot. Added to which, I tend to have to coordinate my schedule around hubby's work schedule and whether he needs a ride or not. I just looked into the gym at the community centre close to our house. It's basically a 5 minute walk to the house, which makes me think I'd be more likely to go because I wouldn't have to worry about needing the car to get there or battling traffic either. I haven't seen the actual gym in the community centre - I think I'm going to go look at it this evening - but the actual community centre is pretty nice, not dingy by any means, the pool is pretty big. Heck, it has an entire hall devoted to bocce, seriously?! And it opens pretty early too so I could go in the morning and still shower and get ready in the comfort of home. I think I'm rambling now... What do you ladies think?

06: 200 -Walked at the zoo about 3 miles slow pace. 30 minutes of pedal boats on the lagoon!

11: 206 -WTH??? Actually I shouldn't say that....I made poor choices and no exercise for a week!

Hi everybody! Well, I am almost back to where I started at the beginning of the month! Gosh, how I wish Fall Break wouldn't have set me back so much! I would be in the 190's this week!

On the 20th I will be taking my measurements and hopefully, I will see some loss from the exercise! I am aiming for Onederland that day...I really hope it happens for me! I am being extra special good!

Yesterday I bought the Just Dance 2 game for Wii! Oh my gosh! Me and the kids had so much fun! We only have 3 controllers, but I just danced with them and I worked up a sweat! If you have Wii, it is a fun game to have! That might be my go-to work out on the weekends!

Tonight is cardio and weights. I haven't decided whether I should do my interval training or do the dancing thing on the treadmill again. I love to dance!! Can you tell??

You all have had some amazing results! I wish work could slow down a little so I could have time to comment on every post! I miss you guys!

Have a great rest of the day/evening! Stay OP and get some exercise in too!
