Cool Getting out of the 170's

Ok the 190's and 180's groups worked so well I started another...
As of today I am 177.8 so I couldn't find a getting out of the 170's group so I thought I would get one going...
Come on join me.

I am 179.0 today but I did 2 extra miles yesterday so I kinda expected it.

Ahhhh, hello!! I didn't see this! I am almost out already, but it's taking forever! I'm determined to be out by August 1st because when I look back at my weigh ins for the yearly weigh in challenge I move out of decades every two months. This time if I can get to 169 by August 1st I'll break that cycle! It will be only one month between decades this time. I know it seems like no problem to lose 3 pounds with half the month left, but I don't lose with any consistency...at all.

New low today of 172!

I have lost weird amounts too. 3-4 lbs in one month, the 12-15 the next. Its crazy. Like our bodies giving us suprises..lol

I may just make it out of here sooner than later! I actually saw 171.6 this morning. This has been a good month for me so far. Today, my best friend and I went on a 26 mile bike ride. It took us 2 hours and 40 minutes of straight riding. We have little computer things on our bikes that records miles and minutes of actual ride time. I wonder if my bike adventure could possibly take me below 170's tomorrow??? Nah...it doesn't work that way.
