Smile need support

Hi. Are there any support threads that are active, right now? I'm at an all time low in regards to my weight. Hoping for a clean slate with Dr. Phil's plan. I'm currently five two, and 140 pounds. I weighed 170 3 years ago, lost it by eating out less, fast food, and starving myself. I'd like to lose another 25 pounds. Last year, I started exercising consistantly, which has been a positive thing. Bassically, I'm frustrated at the emotional toll my weight struggles are taking. I was desperately considering south beach, but knew it would not be a lifestyle for me, and that it was too drastic to live with. This plan makes so much sense to me, maybe if I do this wholeheartedly it will end my food struggles once and for all. Thanks for listening. Look forward to getting to know you.

Hi Aimie! We're doing the Oprah's Boot Camp, you are welcome to jump in there. I am doing alot of what is in Dr. Phil's book and following the rules of Oprah's bootcamp, which fit nicely with Dr. Phil's plan. Many of the menu's I prepare are straight from his website. I am trying to focus on One Key a week.

I know it's so very difficult especially to get back on track. I think this plan is great and not so drastic as other plans. Pick just one thing you want to work on from the plan and focus on it for a week. Journalling is a big key as well. I use this place as my journal, I also keep a food log. So far it's working for me.

Hope I can offer some help for you. You'll get there have faith and belive in yourself!

Hey there Aimie!!! If you notice, our goals seem to be the same!! PM me if you want to be support buddies!! I started in Jan 05 for my weight loss, and this is the first time I have been okay with the weight coming off slow. Everytime I've starved myself or done Atkins I lose the weight very quickly, but have gained all+ back.

Hi, sure, support buddies sounds good. So far I've been OP, the last two days. I'm starting working from the goals section of UWS book.
