Angry hi anmore

sounds like a great plan, i am going to (loosley count points, but not so strict, sometimes it can be too much stress to try to stay on points all the time. great that your hubby is getting healthy too!! i have always excercised so my toning isnt too bad, ya just cant see it so much, cause fat is hiding it, i think i have fat over muscle, hence all that weight on the scale. never had twins though, i was wishing for that though, boy and girl and be done with it, i love kids, but didnt like being pregnant. my husband doenst want another one, i still have a little hope that i will someday, but wanted to be done having children by time i was 30, i am 36 now. and i really want my daughter to have a sibling, she would be a great big sister. she is such a good kid. lets stick to our plan, beginning of the week is a great place to start. we can do this

Default Hi Carla~~~

Hi gal
I saw you online and just had to say hello! It sounds like this thread has started to pick up again. That's great!
I saw that your daughter had her prom~how exciting. And I'm sure you were very proud of her!
I'm in week 6 of Body For Life and still love it. The eating is not difficult and I'm loviny the exercise. Can you believe that! Exercise was always the area that i needed the kick in the b-tt (I think you kicked me a few times )
Anyway, I miss our morning cup of java, so I'm sure that I'll pop in more often.

Default Day One - 9:50 pm - 6 points to spare!

Well today wasn't so bad. Didn't drink all the H2O, I still have a few hours before bed. Dug out the WW cookbook - Simply The Best and made the Garden Pasta Toss for dinner w/ the hubby. Twins ate their usual chicken nuggets and fries. Lunch was a five point Lean Cuisine and Breakfast was a forkful of the leftover potato salad from yesterday. My weakness! Tossed the rest of that this afternoon. I figured 21 points- loosely. Thankfully it's hot and I have no appetite. Tomorrow my goals are:
1. Clean (NON WW but at least it will help with the exercise)
2. Eat a more balanced breakfast.
3. Drink all the darn water.

It will be in the mid 80's so the twins and I will swim. Planning for a few light beers in the pm. (2pts each vs 3 points for a regular - its like the third one is free! )

Good luck! It is great to have some accountability!

Sil...what a lovely surprise to see you again...miss the gang, but we do have great group of people joining us...everyone is terrific.

Everyone seems to be on track...remember we're not perfect, so whatever we do will help us get to our goal even if it's slower then we want.

Alls well here...just very warm, but lovely here in NY...school finished for my daughter, and getting work of course is not easy...but she's trying...lol...well as hard as a teen with no desire to work is lol...but she has put in some applications and as followed up...if only these people would learn to be honest and just say sorry we can't use you at this time...they leave these kids hangin.

Just trying to do some spring cleaning, oh forgot it's summer lol...from the year 1990 lol...oh well, painted one room guess I should clean the rest of the house.

Oh well so maybe I'll go do some now..just wanted to stop by and say goodmorning to everyone.

So Sil, great to see you and here's a cup of coffee for you.

Still trying to break this darn plateau, its been several weeks,
hanging on, but getting frustrated...want to see that needle jump down and applaude, but it's not...

Default Slimfast or chocolate chip cookies...That is the question!

I don't know why this is clicking this week - must be the threat of the swimsuit ! I made chocolate chip cookies but have ignored them all morning - I actually prefer the dough anyways! Slimfast for breakfast and that seems to have been enough chocolate for today. (As if you could ever have too much chocolate!) Have a good day!

Ann~~Good for you for passing up on the ch. chip cookies!Beware of Slimfast as a meal replacement, though. Most of it's carbs are from sugar, which turns to fat. There are other meal replacement drinks that have high protein and carb but very little sugar. check the labels.~~~Sil

hi everyone, i am doing ok. i have to not only cut calories but i am a carb addict so i am trying to cut carbs too. i have to eat more healthy proteins. all i want is carbs, i lost weight on ww before, but i ate mostly carbs, within my points range, so i really wasnt eating a balance of foods. so here i am again, sort of doing ww with a twist. less carbs, more protiens and veggies. good luck to all. guess i will be posting on lite carbing on ww board from now on.

HI GUYS
Sorry I have been away so long and now Ive checked in here it feels so nice to see you all again and some new friends too.
I just got my puter back 2 days ago as my modem got worn out had had to be replaced.
I am now weighing 170 so I have a looong way to go to get to my 125 or whatever. As long as I can get under 140 Ill be estatic at this stage.
I had a go at doing the BFL that Sil is doing and plan to keep up with more excercise (I cant see me honestly getting into it at the BFL level though Im afraid) and the higher protien levels but the free days blow it for me as then I find it tooo hard to get back on the next day. I too am addicted to those darn carbs and i have to keep a check every day . I think its a bit like if I smoked Im sure I couldnt give up 6 days a week and then think Sundays I could smoke to my hearts content . Well anyway it blows it fro me thats for sure.Thhen I get hidious withdrawl headaches and its just not suited . We live and learn, huh.
Counting points is easy so Im going back to it after all (are you sick of me yet) (they say its a womens perocative to change her mind )... but I will have to take the responsibility for my health and food choices in to the bargin, we will see if Ive learned anything
Jolly good Ill be off theres still time for to be slim for summer
