I am going to be doing the same! However I am going to be using only 3FC and my old materials... (I attended meetings in the past)
I am very confused about about the filling food list...and now the combining of the 2 old programs Flex & Core
It seems like the Filling Food list has alot more items on it, but I don't understand how it works with the program!
I'll figure it out..I'm sure!
