Points in Alcoholic Beverages?
I have found varying calories/fat gram information on alcoholic beverages. For example...in the Weight Watchers book it says that 1.5 oz. of rum = 2 points. However, in another nutrional info. book I have it says that amount of rum would only be 1 point.
Is there an accurate website that displays the true nutritional information on alcoholic beverages? Also, is it better to drink light beer or hard liquor mixed with a diet drink?
