Default Point conversion

Does anyone know how to convert the old W/W system of food groups to the point system?
Thanks!

It really doesn't work that way. What I tend to do is track both by points (you need to figure out points for each food you eat no matter what food group it is from) and how many of those points are in each food group to be sure I eat balanced. It is a whole different mindset that the old exchanges program. I, too, had problems adjusting. I am a lifetimer who lost my original weight with the exchanges/selections. But I think you will come to enjoy the flexibility points offer.

I have a journal page that combines the points with exchanges (both in Word and Excel [but the Excel one is better in my opinion]) if anyone would like a copy just e-mail me ( [email protected] ).
