It isn't LOW CARB that they are really calling it. It is LOWER CARB. Some people lose better with a higher protein/carb ratio and others do better with a higher carb/protein ration. It is how they are balance their day.
You are not on program if you just count your points and eat anything. WW had definite guidelines on how to spend those points. You need to eat a balanced, healthy diet.
I really didn't mean that I eat anything. I just meant I don't track carbs or calories. I try to get an overall mix but I kept seeing "low carb" & thought maybe I was missing something.
