Hey everyone-thanks for the advice! well, WI was a little disappointing-I gained .6, but it's that happy time of the month so I don't feel so bad, plus it was a day early. Thanks to everyone else for encouraging me though-i'll do better next week! I've been really good all week now.

What's up with Rosie? If she was trashing WW I'd like to give her a piece of my mind-it's the only weight loss program that has been shown in randomized, controlled trials to work long term.

Tonight in meeting we were talking about Oprah and all of her struggles-but really-I wonder if I had a personal chef AND a personal trainer if I'd do any better??? It has to come from inside....bye for now-I would have started a new thread but wasn't sure anyone would write on it!

Lisa-I understand EXACTLY what you were saying...I actually joined WW b/c as a doctor, I felt like I was telling my patients to diet and exersize, and there I was, an overweight lazybones not practicing what I preached! But it's like, as soon as I start really losing I sabotage myself...like I think I don't deserve to be thin or something....

First off, I wanted to say welcome to Lori and Lisa! Howdy!! I hope I didn't miss anyone "new". My sincere apologies if I did.
Well, I lost the 1.5# I gained last week! Yippee!!

Well, my popcorn is popped (note: i kept trying to type pooped instead of popped. ) It's time to watch Survivor since I wasn't home at 7 pm.
