DBD Day 5 (Friday)
Good morning, challengers!!
How was your Thursday? Mine was pretty good. I achieved my goals for the day, which were to stay in my points range, do WATP over lunch, and drink my water. I didn't get all of my water in, but 2/3 of it isn't bad.
Today is going to be a challenge. Already this morning, I've eaten a poppy seed bagel with a little cream cheese and one snickerdoodle cookie. I think that a bunch of us from work are going to a restaurant where everything is covered in cheese for lunch, and Mike wants to go to dinner tonight.
So, my goals for the day are:
1) Take a walk at break
2) Drink all my water (I have to do something since I'm probably not going to be able to stay in my points range).
3) Even though I'll be going out for lunch and dinner, I'm going to try to keep it under control and be a very good girl tomorrow.
