Let's Start Journaling!

Monday (range is 20-25)

Breakfast:
1.5 cups HOney Bunches of Oats: 4
3/4 cup milk: 1.5
1/2 cup milk with Coffee (throughout day): 1

Lunch:
WW Fiesta Chicken: 4
3 cups salad with Fat Free Italian: 0
1 Hard candy and 1 lollipop: 1

Dinner:
Taco Salad: 8
Here's the breakdown:
Salad w/Fat Free Italian dressing: 0
Turkey meat with Taco Seasoning: 4
Sour Cream (2 tbsp): 2
Cheese: 2
Pria Bar: 2

10/21.5/3.5

I also did a 20 minute Window Pilates workout this morning and earned an activity point!

Earned 1 activity point doing the "Ab Sculpt" Winsor Pilates tape this morning.

Earned 1 activity point for walking 25 min. at lunchtime.

Earned 1 activity point for walking 30 min. at night.

OK, I'm going to try this, too. I haven't looked at a Points finder in ages and ages. I'm not going to write down points, since I'm not going to WW anyway, but I want to keep track of what I'm eating.

I had breakfast but ED came into play, so I'm not writing it. My DBD challenge (well in my head because I didn't get to post yesterday!) was to not let it effect the rest of my day, and it didn't.

Lunch:

WW Southwestern Chicken Bowl: 4

LIfesavers( I REALLY HAVE TO LAY OFF THESE!): 3

Ok I also had about 1.5 small handfulls of honey roasted peanuts, and I'm afraid to think how many points that is! And that is on top of all the points I ate in the day.

My range is 20-25, so I went over again like yesterday, but I had points saved. I don't think I had enough saved to cover the peanuts though
