I had breakfast but ED came into play, so I'm not writing it. My DBD challenge (well in my head because I didn't get to post yesterday!) was to not let it effect the rest of my day, and it didn't.

Ok I also had about 1.5 small handfulls of honey roasted peanuts, and I'm afraid to think how many points that is! And that is on top of all the points I ate in the day.
My range is 20-25, so I went over again like yesterday, but I had points saved. I don't think I had enough saved to cover the peanuts though
