ok here goes!
this is the attempted meal plan for the day
B
fruit/applesauce
possibly some egg beaters
L-
either a salad from home or wendys caeser side salad no dressing or croutons
D- might grab a cheese burger as its my late day at school or another salad or a sandwich ff cheese on rye
Heres how it really went
b around 1 pm EEk
fruit cup thing from the store peaches and pears
L a luna bar from the bookstore EUGH!
D at 10 pm
salad with balsamic vinagraitte or however u spell it
a pork chop
snack
1 nantucket cookie
with 6 oz of lactose free milk

EX: 2.6 mile walk (AM)

Lunch
Salad with vinagrette
Grilled cheese ala george foreman
2 pieces onion rye 80 cal .5 g of fat 1 piece of low fat cheese cooking spray

Dinner
grilled chicken/
possibly a tortellini salad on the side if i get around to making it with spinach and garlic
Water!!!!!!!!!
Snacks
pretzels 1/3 of a sandwich bag
apple
orange mango apple sauce

Wednesday
LF egg beater and cheese sandwich
2 peices of lf rye bread
1/3 cup of egg beaters fried in cooking spray
low fat cheese slice
i toasted the bread on my GF grill put the cheese therre to get melty and the egg on top it was divine! and i could grab it on the way out the door
Lunch hunan shrimp and some stirfried tofu

Diner not a clue yet I'm thinking soup pasta e fagioli
