Hey everyone....how's it going? not too bad here, although it could be better. I was doing so well for the week then when I went to that party, it all went down hill. cheated on saturday, cheated on Sunday and cheated today. it's been horrible. Alright, girls...enough of this cheatin business...i'm back on the band wagon and for good. No more falling off anymore


My friend is comin to town this weekend with her mother. she got into a college down here near me and she has a meeting with the advisor. it'll be good to see her since I haven't seen her since january. I actually haven't seen any of my friends or family since january. SOOOOOOOOOOOOo.....anyhoo, not too much else going on. Just thought I'd pop in and say hello and how do you do? Erica, I hear that you live in one of the prettiest places in the country (Va Beach). Don't you just love it there? I've never been there.

Judy, I do like it here. I've only been here a year and I've adjusted pretty much to it. Where I'm from, this is more city like to me. Everything is so close together and easy to get to. It was easy to get to up in New Jersey, but here there are things literally around the corner from me. The mall is 2 minutes from where I live. Most people are nice and the weather is nice too except when it gets really really hot and humid. then i call that disgusting weather.

I think I am going to moms next week, if my brother oks it, we have to stay with him. I hate going away!!!!!!!!!!! Made it two
days without cookies but had my little candy bar..2pts. My nexium makes me hungry...had popcorn tonight, but that is a good treat. Also had pork chops in the crock pot with ranch dressing mix and Mushroom soup, yummmm 4 pts.

well after a week of cheating here and there, I've luckily stayed the same. So Here on out, I'm strict whether I like it or not. I have to be good. I want to do better then i have in the past.

Hi Owls,

Sorry I have been MIA. You know the back injury I had several years ago and I was down for months? Well, I guess moving aggrivated it as careful as I was and the other night I decided to unpack 1 last box for the night, slide it to the kitchen, bent with my knees and only picked up a saucer and my back popped and I got stuck...I barely made it upstairs to the bed and could not walk the next day. I finally got to the chiropractor and doctor. The chiropractor is what really did it, I know there are mixed opinions and I used to be one of those but I could not live without mine now. The doctor only gave me muscle relaxers and pain pills which I took one and got majorly sick and missed Tuesday and I don't like to take meds unless I have to anyway. After my adjustment on Monday I was able to walk a little better and then as the night went on and into Tuesday I start really improving.

To add more stress to my life, you know recently my workload was reduced, well now it will be increased again as of July 1st and on top of that we are switching systems and have training so my back up has to be out a week so I cover her and my work, the next week I am out not to count she was just on vacation for a week and the other 2 people I back up different things for were out on some of the same days so I was doing back up work for 3 people and my work the day I found out I get more work...

Oh well, they say we are never given more than we can handle. We shall see. I got really sick and majorly depressed from the stress last time and IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN! PROMISE!

I have to get some cleaning done and then I am going to read back and catch up.

Busy trying on stuff to get packed, everything fits a little different from year to year now! Still trying to get stuff watered, Dh will not fool with it when I am gone

I think I have a bladder infection, just pelvic pain and peeing all the time, so I am on cipro right now and I'm not a happy camper! you cannot have calcium or magnesium 6 hrs. before or two hours after or maybe it is the other way around..I better go check anyway I take it 4 and 4 so my eating has to be around that!

I am on my way to bed was up all night getting my clothes ready for the trip, nothing fits right and of course it has to be comfy or it woun't go along. I can't stand anthing tight and bras and underware are tight! I wear exercise stuff around here!

Gotta do some quick cleaning and some more of DH's laundry before I go. I am filling a cooler with my icepacks for my back and some good food! Gotta be prepared!

Hi Everyone,

Just a quickie because I am at work. I had to replace my modem and my video card. I try to unplug my puter when we have a storm but I wasn't home, we have had an incredible number of storms lately. Well I lost everything so I have to wait til ATT sends me a new disc to reload my online stuff.
