Hi Friends! Happy Belated Birthday Maureen!

Well, yesterday was my colonoscopy, bi-opsy and endoscopy! Urgh! (I',m sure I didn't spell any of that correctly....) The doctor said he didn't feel that there was cancer present. wooooosh! He did say that the diverticulosis was very present and that I would have a 50% chance of reaccurance. I am suppose to be on a high fiber diet now. Which, I try to be anyways. So...............thats that! Thank you so much for thinking of me!

Have a great day everyone and I'll be back tomorrow! I have a ton of stuff to get done!

Hugs

I decided to do a tracker of just a small goal. I'm not sure if I should make it smaller but I thought it would be good to see some progress. What do you think, should I make it in 10 - 15 pounds increments? I have a lot more to lose but would like to see some success.

There's not much going on around here. I've been very sick with some kind of virus. I must feel better today because I actually put on make-up.

Susan, a tracker with 10 or 15 pounds sounds good...which ever gives you more incentive.

Tammy, how are you?
Jeanne and Dori, are y'all feeling good now?

Maureen, any more roller blading lately?

Me again!
Boy, my next week will be crazy. We are leaving Mother in the nursing home where she went after being in the hospital. So, we must go clear out all her things from the Assisted Living home.
There's so much to do. I feel so crummy. My sister has to go through some tests next week. My bil will have experimental treatment for his cancer.....and the list goes on.

However, I'm going to keep drinking all my water and losing weight. I must do that.
There, I've talked to much.

Hello all. We are home. Computer problems on the trip, so I didn't check in. I am headed to bed. I walk at 6 in the morning for Relay for Life. I'll read and post more tomorrow or the next day.

It has been a crazy week.

Tina, I didn't know you were moving your mother again. You poor thing!! When I was sick 2 weeks ago it lasted about 10 days. On day 4, I decided to call the doctor and get something sent out for me. Take care of yourself!!!

Tammy, glad you are back! How was the trip? Wow walking at 6, at least it will be cool.

I finished my presentation for next week. I'm not looking forward to do going but plan on having a good time. My buddy that is going to be working with me isn't going this year! But my other friend is going and we are in the same van. Only 4 of us in the van and we don't really know the other 2 people so we said, "we are driving and that's that." This year they are making everyone go in vans but they aren't putting that many people in the vans.

I will be out of pocket Monday - Thursday of next week. I might try and post if I get to a computer.

Hello all.

Tina - Sorry to hear that you're having to move your mom once more. It seems as though the older we get the harder moves get. I'll be praying that everything goes smoothly.

Tammy - Glad that you and Tim made it back safely. Enjoy the walk and try to take it easy.

Susan - Have a safe trip to Galveston and enjoy the conference. I think 10 lb increments would be good. I'm thinking of changing my ticker as well. Knowing that 60 something lbs is staring me in my face is a bit daunting.

Jeanne - How are things your way?

How was everyone's Sunday?
I did really good OP until dessert tonight. I know, I used my flex points. We had a pint of Blue Bell Banana Split ice Cream. Wow, it was good. I kept telling myself that I was getting my calcium.

Jeanne, you've been quiet. How are you feeling?

I hope everyone has a great Monday.
