Me too -- I am SOOO ready!!!

Breakfast - 0pts

Lunch - 10.5pts
6" bbq chicken on Asigo bread w/pepperjack cheese - 7.5pts
1 bag baked lays - 3pts

Dinner - 13pts
meatloaf - 8pts
1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes - 3pts
peas & corn - 1pt
2 slices of Lite bread - 1pt

Snack - 4pts
2 cups popcorn - 4pts


Total Points - 27.5pts

Water Intake - 80oz.

Exercise - walked 1 mile

Popcorn -2 (6 cups of smart pop)
Soy Pudding - 2
Carrots - 1 (I am no longer a carrots rebel).

Exercise - 1 aerobics class and 40 minutes of weight training

Today-

Mushroom - 0
FF processed cheese 1
WW bread (2 slices) - 1
Orange - 1

total 4

Tuna Sandwich 3 points
Salad w/FF dressing - 0

Good morning fellow journalers!!!

Well, I gained 2 pounds at WI, but I will take it, I thought for sure I had gained more like 5 pounds. Lots of over-eating, and not journalling the last couple weeks. But, I am back on track now, and going to try hard to lose my last 12 pounds til I am at my WW goal.

can of veggie soup - 2.5pts
orange - 1pt

Dinner - 25.5pts
6 oz steak - 7.5pts
small baked potato w/ butter & sour cream - 5pts
2 cups caesar salad - 5pts
2 rolls w/ butter - 8pts

Total Points - 34 OUCH!!!

Water Intake - 80oz.

Back again. Tonya, the way I look at it, the average person gains between 10-15 pounds from Thansgiving to New Years. You did good!!!
