Breakfast:
1/2 cup crunchy nuggets cereal with 1 banana and 1/2 cup skim milk=5
Water!!!
Lunch:
1 ham sandwitch=5
1 ff/lt yoplait yogurt=2
water!
Dinner:
4.5 oz roast sticky chicken=3
1 baked potato=3
salad with 1 tbsp ff dressing=1
water!
Snack:apple=1
1 ff/lt yoplait yogurt=2
Total for day=22
