    1/2 cup crunchy nuggets cereal with 1 banana and 1/2 cup milk=5
    8 oz chai tea=3

    Lunch:

    1 healthy choice sesame chicken frozen dinner=5
    1 yoplait ff/light banana cream yogurt=2
    32 oz water

    Dinner: 1 subway deli style turkey sandwich=4
    1 diet pepsi=0


    snack (have a function to attend so I am taking my own food):
    8 oz chai tea=2 (different brand)
    4 cookies=6
    3 peices sweet bread=???

    Total for the day=I am guessing I went over by between 10-12 pts. for a total of 41 or so. Made me nauseaus in the process!

    water!

    Dinner: 3 oz salmon=3
    1 cup corn=1
    2 slices orange=1 (ate way less than 1 pt worth)
    1/4 cup pumpkin fluff=1 (to full so ate less than 1 pt worth)
    Water!

    total so far=29 pts, right on track!
