Breakfast: 1/2 cup crunchy nuggets cereal with 1 banana and 1/2 cup milk=5 8 oz chai tea=3 Lunch: 1 healthy choice sesame chicken frozen dinner=5 1 yoplait ff/light banana cream yogurt=2 32 oz water Dinner: 1 subway deli style turkey sandwich=4 1 diet pepsi=0 snack (have a function to attend so I am taking my own food): 8 oz chai tea=2 (different brand) 4 cookies=6 3 peices sweet bread=??? Total for the day=I am guessing I went over by between 10-12 pts. for a total of 41 or so. Made me nauseaus in the process! total= |

veggie "omlet"=3 1 ff/light yoplait yogurt=2 8 oz chai tea=2 (used one less tbsp of the mix than usual) in between snack: 4 cookies=6 ( I, Emily, am a professed sugar addict and am willing to come clean and admit it~lol~) Lunch: 1 Healthy Choice Beef Teriyaki Dinner=6 1 cliff cookies n' cream bar=4 water! Dinner: 3 oz salmon=3 1 cup corn=1 2 slices orange=1 (ate way less than 1 pt worth) 1/4 cup pumpkin fluff=1 (to full so ate less than 1 pt worth) Water! total so far=29 pts, right on track! |

breakfast: frosted mini wheats & skim milk: 5 pts coffee: 0 lunch (planned): lean cuisines broc & cheese potatoes: 5 (i think) apple: 1 orange: 1 snack (if needed): canned peaches:1 dinner:????? points range: 20-25 exercise planned: run 3 miles walk 1 mile approximately 45 min. i don't really count the exercise points. cya- Jen3 |

UGH!!! :o *I earned at least 1 excercise point- so I am using it, I am hungry! 20 min aerobics 10 min situps I'm gonna try and excercise some more before bedtime. |
